Greg & Suzanne Winslow
Veteran missionaries to Mexico, Greg and Suzanne Winslow have been serving
full time for over 20 years in the foreign field. Having planted 2 churches in Acapulco
Mexico where they lived for nine years, they currently reside in Zihuatanejo
Mexico pastoring their 3rd church plant. Their vision is to see transformation
through the power of the Word of God in the lives of those they come in
contact with. Greg & Suzanne met in 1986 in Youth with a Mission in New
Hampshire. After being married 1 year and 10 months with a new born baby
they packed up or sold everything and left for Mexico. They have been married
for 21 years and have home schooled all six children whom are all fluent in
Spanish. Greg & Suzanne work as a team and see God work with signs and wonders
and prophetic words that bless the hearers, as they teach and pastor El Calvario
de Zihuatanejo. In Zihuatanejo, Greg has been on radio, TV and written for
local newspapers.
Olivia Faith Winslow
When Olivia was one month old she moved with her parents to Acapulco, Mexico
where she lived for the first nine years of her life. At age six she began to
sing using music trax. At age eleven she was thrust in front of 1,500 people at a
March for Jesus when a change in the program caused a vacancy. Now she is
worship leader for “El Calvario de Zihuatanejo” in Zihuatanejo, Mexico where
her parents currently pastor. She is also lead singer for the band “4x1”, which
means 4 youth serving 1 God. Many doors have been opened with this band to
minister in secular situations with great enthusiasm allowing them to minister in
bars and discos all while keeping the message uncompromised. Olivia is also
used very powerfully in the prophetic ministry, and the words she receives are a
great admonishment to the church. She also lead a dance and tambourine team
for several years and is gifted in coreographing dances. Olivia's name means
“walks with God” which she does so with all her heart.
Josiah Gabriel Winslow
When Josiah was 4 years old he was diagnosed with 2 holes in his heart. Through
God’s miraculous provision he was operated on and given a second chance at
life. Since then Josiah has used his second chance to serve God. At age 8 he
preached his first salvation message at a shelter after hurricane Paulina in Acapulco.
At that age as well he began to help out with worship on the drums. He
has self taught himself, drums, guitar, bass and currently the sax. He is the drummer
in the band 4x1 with his sister Olivia. He has done some preaching in Spanish
at the church in Zihuatanejo. In 2007 he organized a city wide evangelistic
outdoor event with various Christian bands. This organizational effort gave him
the opportunity to be on radio and television simultaneously in Zihuatanejo. After
the event he gave the public altar call in which various souls committed their
lives to the Lord. Right now Josiah has an opportunity to fulfill various prophecies
since early childhood to go to the country of Africa and step into the ministry
that God has called him to do.
Lysandra Hope Winslow
In Oct. of 2007 Lysandra will be 15 years old, in Mexico that is the coming of age for girls. She currently
serves on the dance/tambourine team in the church with 6 others. This dance team does choreographed
dance with banners and tambourines while the worship plays, adding a great dimension to the
time of worship. She also teaches Sunday school and is a servant from the word go. She exhibits the
grace of God in her life and is very focused on the Lord.
Caleb Ryan Winslow
Caleb is also active on the worship team having self taught himself the guitar and the bass, in which he
uses them both to worship the Lord. Caleb is also sports minded and was selected to go to the Mexican
baseball Olympics as a fill-in for a team outside of his district. Caleb knows how to spot and capitalize
on opportunities. The hand of God moves him in the area of finances and he quietly sows and reaps in
large proportions for his age, and God’s prosperity is on his life.
Samuel Benjamin Winslow
After doing a study on the life of Samuel the prophet, we had to name our next boy Samuel. Although
only 8 years old Sammy, with his sister Ruth have gone through the Bible chronologically. He loves the
Bible stories far above other story books for his age group. He is a generous, tender hearted boy who
loves the Lord, enjoys playing and watching baseball, (the Red Sox), and being with the family. Sammy
knows how to apply faith and stand on the Word of God for his healing.
Ruth Charity Winslow
Likewise with Ruth, after a study on the book of Ruth, we were inspired to name our next girl Ruth.
Her middle name Charity, which completed the circle of Olivia Faith and Lysandra Hope, is her most
outstanding quality. She can make anybody feel loved and is the first to give out hugs. Ruth will be a
leader in whatever she does, and has the character of a go-getter. Even at a young age she takes the Bible
for what it is, the Word of God. She has no fear to take God at His word and prays for the sick with
authority and even has been seen rebuking the rain clouds and commanding the sun to shine. (Ps 8:6)
